Then an off day
followed by rain
Back will come Spahn
followed by Sain
And followed
we hope
by two days of rain.

Johnny Sain, of "Spahn and Sain and pray for rain" fame, great pitcher and better pitching coach, mentor to Leo Mazzone, has passed away at age 89. R.I.P.
